GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCs)

1. Scope of Application

These GTCs govern sales made on the website www.mapiqueendesign.com between Mapiqueen Design and any non-professional purchaser.

3. Products

The products offered are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations may exist and do not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing

Prices are indicated in EUR. Mapiqueen Design is not subject to Swiss VAT (TVA). Any potential customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order and Payment

The order is validated after payment acceptance via the secure methods offered on the website.

6. Shipping

     1. Order Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

     2. Shipping & Delivery Times:

• • Switzerland: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on carrier and country)

       3. Shipping Country: Orders are generally                 shipped from Switzerland. For certain                       orders, in order to reduce costs and                         optimize delivery times, shipping may be                 carried out from France. The indicated                     delivery times remain valid but may vary                 slightly depending on the carrier and the                 shipping country.

        4. Shipping Costs: Automatically calculated                according to the country and weight of                  the order. Potential taxes and import                      duties are the customer's responsibility.

        5. Order Tracking: Every shipment has a                     tracking number communicated via email.

        6. Loss or Damage: Contact contact@mapiqueendesign.com for any claims.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, which is extended to 30 days by Mapiqueen Design, subject to the conditions detailed in the Returns Policy.

8. Legal Guarantees

For customers in the European Union, the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply in accordance with the legislation in force.

9. Personal Data

The methods for collecting and processing personal data are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These GTCs are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the Swiss courts shall have jurisdiction.
