RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Mapiqueen Design Return Policy

At Mapiqueen Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer an extended period for you to return an item if it does not meet your expectations.

1. Return Period and Conditions

Full-Priced Items 30 days New, unused, unwashed, odor-free, with original tags and packaging
Sale Items 10 days Must be in original condition
Customized Items ❌ Non-Returnable Except in case of a manufacturing defect

Important: As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, pattern, or size may occur. These variations do not constitute a defect.

2. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us by email at contact@mapiqueendesign.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. After validation, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. The package must be shipped within 7 days of our confirmation, using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

3. Quality Control

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt. If the conditions are not met (item is used, washed, stained, or missing tags), the refund cannot be processed, and the item may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4. Refund or Store Credit

After the return is validated, you may choose between:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store Credit increased by +10%, valid for 12 months on the entire store (recommended option)

Processing will be completed within 3 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item.
