1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

• Switzerland: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–15 business days (depending on carrier and country)

3. Shipping Costs

• Calculated automatically based on the country and weight of the order.

• Any potential taxes and import duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

All shipments include a tracking number, which you will receive via email.
